Gilmore Construction is committed to enforcing a safe work environment not only for the safety of our field personnel but also the personal well being of our loyal customers.

 

While Gilmore Construction employees 300+ skilled carpenters on any given week, it is crucial and imperative to implement and sustain a “no tolerance” safety and training program to ensure the well-being of our employees and their family’s; for without the tremendous loyalty and hard work ethic our craftsmen display, Gilmore Construction would not be able to function at the capacity it does day in and day out for over a quarter century.

 

As reinforcement to our exceptional safety program and standards, Gilmore Construction has on staff an OSHA 500 certified safety consultant who implements all weekly training programs and jobsite safety evaluations. (As of January 1st 2010 all of Gilmore Construction’s field employees will be 10 hour OSHA Certified and all supervisors – including all project managers and estimators- will be 30 hour OSHA Certified.)

 

Quarterly, Gilmore Construction conferences with our elite safety committee to review any accidents no matter the severity to discovery resolutions to avoid future accidents and also to realign our focus on employee training.
